If you’re in the market for a wedding band – look no further!! Choosing The Pat Roddy Band was a no brainer for my husband and I as we planned our wedding. We’ve kept up with the band for a few years so we knew they would be great but they still exceeded our expectations! The saxophone and keyboard were the perfect addition to our cocktail hour and the full band absolutely made our reception. We did not make any requests, simply that the band do their thing and play what they felt was right. In doing that they kept our guests dancing ALL night long from the literal first song to the last! Nearly every guest who has followed up with us since our wedding has asked about and complimented the band. 5 stars is simply not enough!!! HUGE THANK YOU TO THE BAND!!

The Pat Roddy Band played at our wedding at The Columns on September 26, and they absolutely made the night unforgettable. From the very first song, the dance floor was full and it stayed that way until the last note. The singers were incredible, the harmonies were spot on, and the band’s energy never let up. Their song selection was perfect for the crowd — a great mix of classics and Jersy shore vibes that had our guests of all ages up and dancing. They knew how to read the room and keep the momentum going all night. We’ve had countless guests tell us how amazing the band was and how much fun they had. If you’re planning a Jersey Shore wedding (or ANY wedding), it doesn’t get more authentic or more fun than the Pat Roddy Band. They delivered the perfect soundtrack to our celebration and gave us memories we’ll never forget. We’ve seen the band a bunch over the past few years and they’re always great but they were better than we ever could’ve expected for our wedding! We loved them and had so many guests come up to us talking about how amazing they were. They really made our special night so great and we can’t thank them enough! Their manager Matt was also amazing to work with- he was always so helpful when we had questions and was super responsive. We would absolutely recommend them to anybody planning a wedding!
Pat Roddy played at our wedding and he absolutely crushed it! We got the extra horns and female vocalist and they played the most amazing show. All generations were out on the dance floor all night !!! They played an amazing set list, and no one was ready for it to end when the wedding was over. The manager Matt, was a pleasure to work with and provided help for audio during the ceremony and cocktail hour! I really cannot say enough good things about them – no notes !!!
Hiring the Pat Roddy Band was the absolute highlight of our wedding! They had the dance floor bumping all night long. The vibes were electric! Multiple people told me it was the best wedding dance floor they had ever experienced and actually went out of their way to see the band again at a local New Jersey bar the night after our wedding. Pat Roddy Band has now played at 3 of our family weddings, most recently including my own this past weekend. They are absolutely amazing every single time. The Pat Roddy band is amazing! We hired them to play for my husband’s 40th birthday party after hearing them at a family wedding after party. They kept the crowd on the dance floor all night long with great energy and a great mix of music. My husband especially loves them for their Bruce and classic rock covers. Matt, their band manager, was very easy to work with via email and responded very quickly to all of my questions.

The Pat Roddy Band was the very first vendor we booked for our wedding at The Columns — we confirmed when they were available BEFORE we confirmed a date with our venue — and they did not disappoint. It was a true Jersey Shore party all night long. Our guests were up and dancing the entire time, and we got so many compliments from everyone on the music. 10/10 recommend these guys if you’re looking for a party. They are amazing at reading the room and keeping everyone entertained. We also added a female vocalist, and we’re so glad we did — she was phenomenal! The band even honored a few special requests outside of their standard set list, including our first dance song. Thank you again to Pat, Matt, and the whole Roddy crew!! We booked Pat Roddy and the band for our wedding over a year ago and we absolutely had a blast at the wedding. Matt was amazing offering advice and guidance along the way and keeping us organized. We had just a few special requests of Pat and the band and then we let them do what they do best, play Jersey Shore music and got everyone up and dancing through the whole night. Our goal was to have a wedding and throw a big party and Pat and the band made that happen. Awesome job everyone!!!

Unreal experience! You need to just trust these guys to bring the energy. I have been to several weddings this year and there is always a certain apprehension to people getting on the dance floor. My wedding was the second wedding I had the pleasure of experiencing the Pat Roddy Band at and I will say that they have the absolute best way of getting everyone out of their chairs and onto the dance floor. Most of it has to do with the way their song list escalates in energy and they really feel the crowd and select songs accordingly. If you want people to actually dance at your wedding, don’t book a DJ. Book the Pat Roddy Band. Let them do their thing and you won’t regret it one bit.

“The Pat Roddy Band was the highlight of our wedding day. Initially, we were torn about booking a more “traditional” wedding band and we are so beyond happy with the decision we made. Choosing The Pat Roddy Band made it so our wedding felt very “us.” Our wedding was fun, exciting, and laid-back all at the same time.
